“MARKÉTA”- behind these initials is a singer who appeared on a professional stage at the age of fourteen and her original expression secured her participation at important young talent seeking festivals. Golden Star in Rumania, Sunflowers in Serbia, Golden Magnolia in the American state Louisiana, and the Children International Nile Song Festival in Egypt where she became the absolute winner, to name but a few. MARKÉTA's repertoire is a combination of various genres from R&B, rock and soul through electronic music to classical compositions of the so-called classical music.

MARKÉTA is accompanied by: Dalibor Cidlinský - keyboard, acoustic and electric guitar, Jan Cidlinský – bass guitar (both before, for instance, playing in Aneta Langerová band), Jan Hladík - acoustic and electric guitar, František Poborský – percussion (before for instance, playing in Vilém Čok & ByPass). The band has a special permanent cooperating guest: Ivan Myslikovjan - saxophone.
